About Us

Integrated Computer Controls (Intcc.com) is a UK-based company that was established over 20 years ago with the support of several leading controls companies to develop a fully integrated Building Management System (BMS) capable of communicating seamlessly with equipment from multiple vendors, including Trend, Honeywell, JEL, Cylon, Seachange, as well as BACnet and Modbus products. This vision led to the development of the company’s current flagship product, BmsView.com.

The team

The team brings over 40 years of combined experience in the BEMS industry and systems integration. Their expertise lies in software development and in leveraging the latest technologies to create innovative, high-performance products. Previously, they played a key role in building a successful company of 150 professionals, which was later acquired by a leading industry player.

The Mission

The team felt that there was a need to create an easy to use and setup, super friendly fun system to interface with a Building Energy Management System at sites. The result is a platform that is intuitive, highly user-friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to use—removing complexity without sacrificing capability.

By harnessing the power of AI and the open-source community, new features can be introduced rapidly to continually enhance the user experience. This ensures the system evolves alongside user needs, while giving building owners complete control as their facilities grow, change, or are upgraded.

Innovative tools such as an integrated asset management database and an Excel-style spreadsheet interface make it easy to manage critical system information, including IP addresses and configuration details—all from one central platform.
